Referral Fees

Choices Estate Agents Limited (Choices) routinely refers both sellers and potential purchasers to a selection of carefully chosen third party service providers. These include, but are not limited to, surveyors, solicitors, conveyancers and financial advisors.
We should emphasise that any quoted prices are fixed and independent of whether you use us for any other services. Equally the prices of the other services we may provide to you are not connected in any way to whether you choose to use any of the services.
It is important as well for you to know that the advice and service you receive from any one of these firms remains totally independent and they always remain subject to your instructions. You are under no obligation to use any of the recommended providers, who act completely independently from Choices.
In making your decision on whether to choose a specific service provider, sellers/purchasers should be aware that Choices may receive referral fees for such referrals.
For referrals to surveyors and solicitors the referral fees vary from £66 incl. vat up to £300 incl. vat per referral. For referrals to financial advisors the fee which we receive is variable. Choices receives up to 30% incl. vat of the initial commission that the financial advisor receives for any mortgage business they undertake for clients introduced by us.
All third-party service providers who we recommend are independent of Choices. There is no obligation to use their services and sellers/purchasers are free to engage with third parties of their choice.

LETTINGS
Choices may from time to time offer the services of a company in which it has an interest to carry out repairs, maintenance, inventories, or statutory obligations to the property. Choices may also receive a commission of up to 24% incl. vat where it introduces a company in which it does not have an interest.
