I want to give a massive thanks to Nicola MacDonald who managed the sale of my property. Cannot recommend highly enough. Given I live abroad, she helped massively in chasing up the buyer parties and the management company for my property. She acted with a great deal of diligence, scrutinising all the correspondence, ensuring actions and dates were promptly followed up. She kept my conveyancing team on their toes, holding them to account every time they dropped the ball (which they did a lot!).
If it wasn’t for her efforts, I daresay I’d still be waiting to complete the sale of my house. She made sure I was kept in the loop all the way, keep me updated with how things were tracking with the buyer and what I needed to provide. Honestly think she did most of the work that my conveyancers should have done.
