The ARO™ is a unique and genuinely game-changing property management product, particularly in the new post–Renters’ Rights Act market. By giving qualifying landlords the option to take up to a year’s rent in advance, it provides certainty, flexibility and peace of mind in a way that traditional property management services simply cannot match.

Not a Loan

ARO™ is not a loan and will not affect your credit rating. The money is yours to use as you wish. We take no security, which makes this a unique and cost effective way of accessing your future rental income.

A Cost Effective Solution

Given the benefits, it would be reasonable to assume that the Primary Tenancy™ and ARO™ would be significantly more expensive than standard management services. In reality, this is not the case. We do not charge a premium over our standard full management for ARO™, and void protection is included at no additional cost. In fact, our fees are often lower than some agents who cannot offer a year’s rent in advance.

Who Qualifies

We select our landlords and properties carefully, as you would expect — after all, we are putting our own money on the line. However, if your property is in England or Wales, is fully compliant, and is either vacant or occupied by good tenants, you are likely to qualify. We are looking for good landlords with good properties who want a high-quality, long-term property manager.
