I have worked for Choices since 2004 and have grown up with a family in the building industry. I have worked on the estate agency side of our business in both sales and lettings departments, plus I have invested in property myself as well, so I have a deep understanding of how the property market works from both the agents and investors view point.

I have discovered that through property you can control your own destiny and take progressive and positive action to secure your own and your family’s future. I have personally bought and sold several properties to achieve this in my own life and take pleasure in helping others to do the same.

Due to the success I have had from property investment I feel I am able to give quality advice and assistance to people who are looking to invest whether it be a new investor or an established investor looking to expand their portfolio. I have the benefit of being able to look at a clients situation from an investment view point and I’m able to assess and set out a plan of action for them.

It gives me pleasure helping people to gain financial freedom and improve their quality of life by investing in properties.

I joined Choices in 2004 and started out selling our auction information and advice service. Over the past 16 years with the company I have had experience in all facets of the service and for the past 12 years have been a Senior Retained Client Property Advisor helping people achieve their investment goals.

I am a great believer in the long term value of property and own two investment properties as well as my own home. I have always felt it was important to show that you can justify your own advice by following it yourself!

I have always prided myself on giving honest and realistic advice to my clients. It is always easy to tell someone what they want to hear but in my mind it is much more important to tell them what they need to know. By giving people a viable and sustainable investment plan you can build towards financial security on the basis of ‘need’ rather than ‘greed’. I have seen too many clients who have followed the latter course with other investment companies before coming to us, and who have suffered some of the consequences of a short term investment approach.

By forging strong relationships with my clients over the years I feel they become more like friends than clients and I take genuine pleasure from them making money from investment deals that I recommend.
