Our Free Service

As part of our free service you will have access to our database of auction property as well as updates on investment property deals we have found after our retained clients have seen them. You will also get a free weekly copy of our property investment magazine ‘Choices Today’ and you can call our Property Investment team for free advice and tips whenever you like on 01342 840000.

If you buy a property you find through us at auction we don’t make any charge, however if you do decide you want to buy one of the properties we source this is not part of the free service and we will charge you a commission as your buyers agent which will be fully explained at the time.

Our Paid for Service

We act as a buyers agent for our Retained Clients. As a Retained client you are allocated your own investment advisor who help you plan your investment strategy and implement it. The other important benefit of being a retained client is that you get first refusal on all our deals before they go out to those using our free service.

To become a retained client, in addition to commission* we charge for a purchase you have to make a significant commitment in the form of an initial fee of £1800 inclusive VAT.

We know this is asking a lot but it is this same commitment that gives us our unique negotiating power when we are speaking to developers and owners who want fast reliable sales. It is our access to large numbers of serious committed qualified buyers that gives us the edge over our competitors.

Please note: In regard to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the Service will not commence until the end of the cooling off period of 14 days, during which time you may cancel your subscription in writing and request a full refund. If the consumer specifically requests immediate service then the 14 day cooling off period will not apply.
