The most important thing for me is knowing what is going on when my tenants move. It can be a real pain and I hate having to chase people for information. James is quick to call if there are any issues and likewise if there is nothing to report. I used Choices to firstly find me a tenant and then to manage the property. I have to say that on both counts they exceeded my expectations.
