One of the 13 residential neighbourhoods in Crawley, West Green was originally a small settlement developed in the Anglo-Saxon era and now has a population of over 4,400. It is located close to Crawley town centre where our estate agency office is located in the Broadwalk, and is one of the smallest neighbourhoods in the town.

As estate agents covering West Green, we have a range of properties here mostly consisting of family style terrace and semi detached houses, plus modern flats. The overall average house price is  approximately £255,000, with terraced properties the most popular type of sold home. Average prices are now almost 25% higher than they were in 2007.

Like many of the residential areas in Crawley, it is an ideal base for families, commuters and first-time buyers seeking affordable homes.

A Cineworld Cinema is located close by, while West Green Park has all sorts of kid-friendly leisure activities and walking opportunities at its disposal (the Anniversary Gardens, in particular, are perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stroll). Meanwhile, The White Hart Inn is one of the best pubs in town.

Ifield Community College and Hazelwick are the nearest secondary schools, while West Green, Langley Green, Northgate and The Mill Primary Academy are the nearest primaries.

Crawley and Ifield are the closest railway stations, while West Green is also well-served by the local Metrobus services.
