I joined Choices way back in 1990 when Choices was in its infancy. Over the past 21 years with the company I have seen it grow well beyond my wildest expectations. From one office in Crawley, West Sussex to a network of 14 offices, 150 staff and our nationwide brand of Choices Investments.

During my time with the company I have gained a wealth of experience across all facets of the property and estate agency markets (even running two London Marathons sponsored by Choices!) I have held many senior positions in my time with the company. I have been Branch Manager of our Crawley, Horley, Coulsdon and Croydon offices and was responsible for growing the offices for both homesales and lettings. In 2001 I was appointed Company Sales Director which saw me having to develop a wider strategy for the company.

After two years in the role I felt that I was in need of a fresh challenge and moved to our newly located Investments Department in 2003. With all my experience in property I was appointed as an Investment Director and have had experience of selling our basic information service, sourcing below market value properties, presenting our investment seminar and carrying out consultations with new potential retained clients and helping them to build up their property investment portfolios.

I am a great believer in the long term value of property and its potential to help my clients achieve financial security. I also practise what I preach and own five investment properties as well as my own home which I share with my wife, three children and two dogs! My ambition was to build up a portfolio of properties to give to my family and long term financial security rather than investing my money in pensions or shares.

I see the relationships that I build with clients as the most important part of the service and in my mind I aim to build a long term relationship which will last a lifetime. I am proud of the fact that many of my clients have become good friends and I am equally proud to work for Choices and to see the real contribution that I am making to my clients wealth and happiness.
