From a young age I have been exposed to and influenced by property. Witnessing first-hand large scale developments, attending property auctions and moving houses every few years due to an upgrade plan has most definitely had an effect on the way I think about property.

It is a well-known fact that in down turns of the economy many businesses/investors use the opportunity to grow. This is precisely the point. All investors with capital at the moment should not be punishing their money by abandoning it in the bank but assessing the variety of investable properties available right now at prices you would only get within the distress market.  A few years ago inflation was a laughing stock as it posed no real threat, however it has recently reared its ugly head and the only way to protect your money is to invest in real assets i.e. property.

Most people are familiar with the saying, ‘’Those who can’t do, teach’’ and I would like to make clear that my role is not a teacher, I simply wouldn’t dream of patronising clients. My role is extremely proactive and I have clients who range from first time investors to those who have over 60 properties.

It is important to remember that Choices Acquisitions and Investments will genuinely offer clients exciting yet realistic profits which is why I will be working alongside my clients for many years to come in making sure that you do achieve your financial goals whether it be a brand new Lamborghini, for your pension or to create your own version of the monopoly board game and use it when family and friends visit.
