Choices was established in June 1989 with a mission to create a new kind of estate agency, one built on a relationship of trust where we could offer our clients all the services they needed under one roof together with the advantages of shorter lines of communication, economies of scale and of course cost effectiveness.

We would not claim to have completed our mission however we are well on the way having put into place a local network of estate agency offices in Surrey, Sussex and South London, all using web based technology to ensure all our negotiators have access to all our properties and applicants all the time and offering a full home sales, lettings and mortgage service. This same technology enables us to offer centralized customer services to further enhance our ability to communicate and provide excellent service.
