, it could be your first step to a brighter future. Sales Roles Trainee Negotiator (ref: TN) Most of our top performers started out as trainee negotiators. During your first four months you could be placed in any one of our branch locations and trained in any one or more of the roles outlined below. After your first four months you will sit a probationer’s exam and provided you pass you will be on the road to a long term career as a property professional. Starting Salary: £15K Commission £: None for the first four months Hours: Five and a half day week including Saturdays
Sales Negotiator (ref: SN) The job of sales negotiator is one of the most challenging and rewarding in the business. As a sales negotiator you are doing far more than selling people houses, you are helping people realise their dreams and ambitions. You are also interacting with them at one of the most stressful times in their lives and it is only through great empathy and communication skills that you will become truly successful Salary: According to grade Earning potential £: £25K-£55K Hours: Five and a half day week including Saturdays
Lettings Negotiator (ref: LN) Lettings is a fast moving business which requires you to become adept at multi-tasking. In addition to sales skills you will also need a good memory and excellent attention to detail. As a lettings negotiator you will have to master the art of great time management but you will be rewarded by a job in which there is rarely a dull moment. Salary: According to grade Earning potential £: £20K-£40K Hours: Five and a half day week including Saturdays
Customer Service advisor (ref: CSA) As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for making sure our customers are happy with the service they receive and for selling them the additional products which the branches often overlook. This could be introducing a buyer or seller to our chosen solicitor, selling income protection to a prospective tenant or responding to valuation enquiries from our website. Although predominantly an office based activity there will also be opportunities to go out and meet clients face to face. Salary: According to grade Earning potential £: £20K-£30K Hours: Five and a half day week including Saturdays
Mortgage Advisor (ref: MA) If you are selected to train as a mortgage advisor, you will have to pass the industry standard exams in order to become a fully qualified professional. In order to buy property, almost everyone needs a mortgage and the person who arranges it is at the centre of the whole transaction. This is one of the most demanding roles because you have to sell an intangible concept as well as having to keep in touch with all the parties involved in the process (buyer, seller, solicitor estate agents) to see the transaction through. Salary: According to grade Earning potential £: £30K-£60K Hours: Five and a half day week including Saturdays
Property Investment Advisor (ref: PIA) Choices Acquisitions is our highly successful property investment club with thousands of existing members and new members joining all the time, as a property investment advisor you will be at the cutting edge of a new and growing aspect of the business. Your role will be to help people to achieve financial security through property by building high performing property investment portfolios. Salary: £18K-£25K Earning potential £: £40K-£75K
Admin Roles Property Manager (ref: PM) As a property manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our landlords and tenants experience first class service while letting through Choices. This is a demanding role where your tact, strength of mind and determination will be tested to the maximum. You will also need to absorb and implement an ever growing body of knowledge in an industry which is becoming more and more regulated and in which standards are being raised all the time. Salary: £15K-20K Hours: Five day week Monday to Friday
Sales/lettings Administrator (ref: SLA) As a Sales administrator you will be responsible for the accurate production of sales and Lettings particulars as well as ensuring that all the paperwork related to a sale or let is produced to a high standard and on time. You will work as part of a small dedicated team using modern technology but just as important will be your relationship with the branches to which you will be providing essential support. Salary: £15K-20K Hours: Five day week Monday to Friday
Inventory Clerk (ref: IC) As an inventory clerk it will be your job to accurately record the condition and contents of the properties we let and manage. At the end of the tenancy it will be your work on which negotiations for deposit return dilapidations and damage will depend. This role will suit someone who wants a challenge but needs flexible working hours, many of our inventory clerks are mothers with young children who are based from home and carry out inventories to suit their time constraints Salary: Depending on circumstances
Accounts assistant (ref: AA) Our Accounts department is the hub centre of the business without which nothing else would function. As an accounts assistant you will work as part of a close knit team making sure that the financial wheels of the business continue to turn smoothly. Salary: £15K-20K Hours: Five day week Monday to Friday
