The vacancies
We have several departments which make up the business including Homesales, Lettings, Financial Services, Property Management, Property Investment, Acquisitions and Overseas Property. We are looking for new people to add to our existing teams as well as drive our ambitions for expansion.

The people

The job
the job's not easy and the hours can sometimes be long. If you are good enough to get through three months probation you will go onto our grading system. Then your performance will be appraised every three months, if you have done well you will be promoted & given more money, it's as simple as that!

What can you expect?
Obviously that depends on your skill & commitment, but the very best people can make senior negotiator in twelve months and we have a few who have achieved director level in 2-3 years.

What will I earn?
The big question.....last year our top performer grossed over £100,000, although realistically you could earn £18-£25,000 in your first year.

Who are we looking for?
To work for Choices you will need to be able to communicate effectively, have the highest standards of customer service & possess a clean driving license. Although it is imperative that you are genuinely self motivated previous experience in any related industry is not necessary.
