Campaign for Fair Contracts in Estate Agency


At Choices we believe all estate agents should offer their clients fair contracts.

We strongly disagree with the National Association of Estate Agents support of Sole Agency agreements which we believe are anti competitive, encourage dishonest valuations and are unfair to serious sellers.

  • By letting us know if you have had a bad experience as a result of signing a sole agency agreement
  • By refusing to sign a sole agency agreement
  • By signing our petition on the Prime Ministers Web site at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Sole-Agency/ (We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Amend The Estate Agents (Undesirable Practices) (No. 2) Order 1991 to prevent estate agents from charging their clients commission where they have not introduced the buyer in any circumstances)
