Designed by Silberstein Architects, the fascinating Bonaire House takes the name of its location: Bonaire, The Netherlands. Completed in the spring of 2011, the stunning modern home is set in a heavenly part of the Caribbean island of Bonaire. The waterfront home can pride itself on having an amazing floor plan: 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of these bedrooms accessible directly from outside, a TV-room also used as a study- this space features its own bath, so it can easily be transformed into another bedroom – and living spaces form a fantastic modern home. The open spaces include the living room, dining- room and kitchen, while the relaxing features are displayed both inside and outside – the spa and the swimming pool.
Family can keep their car in the rather small, one car garage, but the dock can be used to entertain. Guests can enjoy a boat ride or an afternoon with jet skis. This is not only relaxing, but it also gives the inhabitants and guest a chance to admire the fantastic architecture of the Bonaire House. Conveniently placed between two double story residences, the cul-de-sac home has two very different facades – the one seen from the street and the one facing towards the water. Both have a rare beauty – enjoy the photos!
