A veritable dream vacation home, the Esuoh House in the center of the south-west wine region of Yallingup, Western Australia, seems to have been constructed according to the owner’s wishes and needs. The 2009 square meter property was adorned with a fantastic modern residential construction made of concrete and glass. Hofman and Brown Architects were the masterminds behind this project, transforming the Esuoh house into a sophisticated contemporary vacation home.
Style and comfort meet in the carefully planned collection of spaces. The private retreat will be shared by the owner, his wife and their two children with guests wanting to enjoy the fascinating experience of vacationing in a bushland landscape accompanied by a modern vacation home. The amenities are amazing – outdoor cinema, pool and fantastic fresh air, alongside modern furnishings and contemporary design lines. Easy to maintain, local materials were used to build the structure. Warm grey limestone walls were combined with waxed dado plaster, polished concrete, aluminum, glass and stone to shape this magnificent modern house. Don’t you just love it?
